True Review: Bioderma Photoderm Max SPF 50+ Aquafluide

March 15, 2019

If you follow be on social media, you know I am indeed a sun baby. I have always loved basking in the sun. Yes, I know, I know it is horrible for the skin. So you see my dilemma; bask and look tanned and lovely while I would probably look like a leather bag in a few years. The latter is not an option so sun care has always been a large and important part of my routine.

I must stress the point that even if you do not like tanning or are not necessarily in the sun often; if you go out during the day light hours you must wear some form of sun protection. Makeup wearers you know how horrible it feels to put a thick, greasy sunblock on before your complexion makeup. It just does not work well. However I was introduced to the Bioderma Photoderm Aquafluide sunblock and here is my true review.

This sun protecting lotion is a fantastic SPF 50+ formulation, therefore you are well protected again harmful UV rays.

The first time I wore this to the beach I was super impressed with the texture. This lotion is light and upon massaging it into the skin it feels like water. I have never felt that refreshing feeling when using any sun protection.

You Beauties with oily skin will love the fact that this absorbs flawlessly, it has a wonderful matte finish.

My second round of testing I made sure to try it under my complexion makeup (foundation, concealer and powder). The makeup blended very well on top of the Bioderma Aquafluide, it did not affect the finish at all and my makeup stayed put all day long. I never felt like my pores were clogged or my makeup feel heavy or cakey.

I most definitely give this product full points for sun protection and how it felt on the skin.

If you Beauties try it out please let me know what you think!

Xoxo
